Subject	Knocking from cam gear?

Message	I am getting a knocking from the front of the motor. It only starts tapping when the motor warms up, not when first started. I have pulled the timing gear cover and when you push on the front of the cam gear with the car running the noise gets loader. Does this sound like a bearing issue?
